    lose some weight in three weeks?

    hey people, i’m 15 and as you may know school starts in around three weeks, and i have a dilemma concerning my weight. I’m not fat, just a bit chubby in the gut and have little man boobs. my bmi is 22.9 for my height and weight which is apparently in the ‘normal range’. since the age of 11 ive been a bit chubby, but now i have a skinny face, skinny arms, legs etc… so now i just have a fat torso. im quite active and play basketball 2-3 times a week. but no changes. is it what im eating? because when i play ball i play quite hard and i am burning after. i just wanna lose a bit of weight in the torso area in the next 3 weeks so that when i go back to school i can get bye a little bit more easier and would not have to result into me cussing someone down…
    p.s im indian and in result i do eating ethnic foods…(o_O)
    p.s i eat conservitively three times a day (indian food only for dinner)
    cheers, people i think im going to join my local gym and do a few hours cardio every other day for the next two or so weeks

    You will not see major results in three weeks, however you could probably lose 6, maybe even 8 lbs (if you work hard)
    It sounds like you need to start doing some cardio
    Try running on the treadmill or ellptical for 30-45 mins, 3-5 times a week.
    Or just run outside.

    Also, try push ups and sit ups to help define your muscles after you lose weight

    The key to trimming down is being constant with your workouts
    Don’t give up and you’ll see results

    The world you might say. A beutiful and safe heaven, filled with all the latest technology and all those things that make your life worth it. well let me get u in on a lil secret…..ITS WAISTED!!! not meaning it sucked.. its what we and yes ALL OF US EVEN YOU WHO IS READING THIS made. We dump oil in the ocean, rivers, lake. we burry garbage under the ground which will then come all the way into out drinking water(FACT). we kill ppl because someone payed us. we burn fosil fuel into the air which. we make others labour for a whole week getting payed $2 a day. we hipnotise others in buying things which they dont need. we lie about the things we put in food. we make the public fat. we dont help those who are less fortunet. we steal other peoples hard work. I COULD GO ON AND WRITE A BOOK ABOUT THIS! but i wont. all i am saying is that we homo-sapiens(wise men) failed to preserve that which is givin to us. BUT i am a believer and i know this as a fact. THAT THERE IS HOPE. WE WILL SUCSEED=D

    =I agree but if only each and everyone of us could be a little more respectful of the earth and other people it would make a huge difference. I try not to over consume and be wasteful and do my share of recycling and keep the environment clean for example. I suggest you actually all of us encourage others to preserve what we have. Any step in the right direction will make a difference.
