lose some weight in three weeks?
hey people, i’m 15 and as you may know school starts in around three weeks, and i have a dilemma concerning my weight. I’m not fat, just a bit chubby in the gut and have little man boobs. my bmi is 22.9 for my height and weight which is apparently in the ‘normal range’. since the age of 11 ive been a bit chubby, but now i have a skinny face, skinny arms, legs etc… so now i just have a fat torso. im quite active and play basketball 2-3 times a week. but no changes. is it what im eating? because when i play ball i play quite hard and i am burning after. i just wanna lose a bit of weight in the torso area in the next 3 weeks so that when i go back to school i can get bye a little bit more easier and would not have to result into me cussing someone down…
p.s im indian and in result i do eating ethnic foods…(o_O)
p.s i eat conservitively three times a day (indian food only for dinner)
